Effective Date: June 2, 2026 Last Updated: June 2, 2026
KBB Sales Group, LLC, d/b/a TortVictims (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates tortvictims.claims (the “Site”). We are a marketing and lead-generation service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information, and the rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide directly: full name; email address; phone number; ZIP code/location; your age or date of birth and dates relating to an event; and case-specific details you choose to submit, which may include health information and information about alleged abuse or assault (“Sensitive Information”).
b. Information collected automatically: IP address; browser type/version; device information; time-zone and language; pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions; and identifiers set by cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: evaluate your potential eligibility for a legal claim; connect you with one or more law firms or legal-intake partners; contact you by phone, email, and/or SMS about your inquiry (with your consent where required); operate, secure, and improve the Site; measure and run advertising; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Disclose Your Information
We disclose information to: law firms, attorneys, and legal-intake partners for case evaluation and potential representation; service providers that host, store, analyze, or help us operate the Site and our communications (e.g., CRM, hosting, call/SMS, analytics); advertising and analytics partners through cookies and pixels; and government agencies or others when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
Sale/Share disclosure (please read): We provide your contact and inquiry information to law firms and legal-intake partners, and we may receive compensation when we do so. We also allow advertising/analytics partners to collect identifiers through cookies and pixels for analytics and cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California and certain other state laws, these activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out — see Section 6 and our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Sensitive Information is retained only as long as necessary for the claim evaluation and legal-hold purposes.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access/know the personal information we hold; correct it; delete it; opt out of “sale”/”sharing” and of targeted advertising; limit the use of Sensitive Information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
- To exercise rights: email privacy@tortvictims.claims, or use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer.
- We will verify your request using information you provide and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days in California, extendable once).
- Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser/device.
(California residents: see Section 9 for additional disclosures.)
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), tags, and analytics (including Google services) to operate the Site, measure performance, and advertise. You can control cookies through your browser and opt out of targeted advertising as described in our Cookie Policy and Section 6.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child provided us information, contact privacy@tortvictims.claims and we will delete it.
9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, this section supplements the above. (A standalone California Privacy Notice with the same content is provided in Document 4.)

Sources: you; your device/browser; and our advertising/analytics partners.
