We may be compensated for these connections. We do not guarantee your case will be accepted or make any claim about its legal merits.

By submitting your information and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the law firm(s)/partners we connect you with may contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed and prerecorded calls and text messages — about your potential claim, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. 4. Accuracy of Information

You agree your submissions are true, accurate, and complete. False or misleading information may disqualify your submission.

Submitting a form does not guarantee any legal outcome, compensation, or case acceptance. Any past results referenced elsewhere are specific to those cases and do not predict your result.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KBB Sales Group, LLC and its partners from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party services. Our total liability will not exceed USD $100.

10. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration & Class Waiver

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your home state.
