TortVictims Case-Update Text Messages – SMS Terms of Service

We do not run a recurring marketing text program. We send occasional informational and case-update text messages to people who provide their mobile number and consent.
- What you’ll receive. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from KBB Sales Group, LLC (d/b/a TortVictims) and the law firm(s)/partners we connect you with about your inquiry, including case updates and requests for information.
- Consent is not a condition of any service, case evaluation, or legal representation.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one confirmation message, then no further texts. For help, reply HELP or email privacy@tortvictims.claims.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers may change without notice.
- Privacy. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for their own marketing.
