This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

• We disclose and may “sell”/”share” personal information as described in our Privacy Policy (connecting you with law firms/partners, and online identifiers used for cross-context behavioral advertising).
• You have the right to: know, access, correct, and delete your personal information; opt out of sale/sharing; limit the use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information and limit use of Sensitive Personal Information:

• Email privacy@tortvictims.claims, or
• Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser – we honor it as an opt-out for that browser/device.

We will not discriminate against you and will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. To appeal a decision, reply to our decision email.
